 Snow Crab and Asian Noodle SaladSource: Chef Ron Romano, General Manager, Kauai Coconut Beach ResortSnow crab salad mix: 1 lb. snow crab meat 1 red onion, diced fine 8 stalks celery, diced fine ½ c. sour cream ½ c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. buttermilk Soba noodles Radicchio cups Snow crab claws Radish sprouts for garnish Mix together ingredients for snow crab salad mix.
